I know we are in the middle of the holiday season and the CDC states that rates do not rise this time of year, but that doesn't change how difficult it can be. I lost my mom right before Halloween, which lead into a flood of holidays. Most of the major holidays were within the first few months! So, in turn, I want to remind everyone to "change the narrative." If you or someone you know needs help, Lifeline has call and text options to help you through this time.
