Windrose Coaching and Consulting LLC

After 20+ years of professional experience in legal, operations, finance, and tech sales, burnout set in. I realized that I had a wealth of experience and knowledge, but was spending all of my time pouring my efforts and loyalty into organizations that showed little appreciation and no loyalty in return.

I decided to leave my corporate life behind and do something for myself.

I enrolled in graduate school to obtain my masters' in Organizational Leadership, a decision that I have been grateful for each day.

With a BA in Organizational Development and an MA in Organizational Leadership, I combine formal education with work experience to provide you with expert coaching and consulting work.

My goal is to help you clarify, simplify, and amplify.

I am so passionate about what I do, and I am here to help YOU reach YOUR goals.
