I’m an ICF ACC-certified life and career coach with a professional background in healthcare leadership, operations, and engineering. Before becoming chronically ill myself, I was on the leadership fast-track, working as a director at an academic medical center, managing complex projects, systems, and people. When my health changed, my understanding of “success” was forced to change too.

Living with chronic illness forced me to rethink everything - work, identity, energy, and my purpose in life. It led me to coaching and disability advocacy, helping others create lives and careers that fit their real capacity, not the world's broken & burnout-fueled expectations.

My coaching is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real life, not hustle culture or toxic positivity. Together, we focus on sustainable decision-making, rebuilding purpose, and designing a life that works for your health, your values, and your future.
