Ono Kine Treats

It all began when I had a craving for some Lihing Mui Lemon Peel Candy, a favorite amongst Hawaii Locals, so I decided to whip up a batch. The intense burst of flavor spurred the idea, “Hey, we should try selling this as a side hustle!”

We were both out of work due to the pandemic and decided to begin selling it on Facebook for a little extra cash to support our family. People enjoyed it and it motivated us to create a profile on Instagram. I reached out to many influencers and local Hawaii musicians and business began to increase, This led to creating our online small Hawaii Style Candy & Snacks store!
