Mochi Mama Vegas

I'm a cottage food baker and mama of four, specializing in Japanese and Hawaiian mochi and original snack mixes. Before Mochi Mama Vegas, I worked as a registered nurse—and my mochi was always the star of department bake sales. After hearing “You should start your own business!” one too many times, I finally did. During the COVID pandemic, while home doing distance learning with my kids, I turned my mochi into a side hustle—and it’s grown ever since. What started in my kitchen is now shared at local markets and beyond, with love in every bite.
