I’m a first-generation Hmong-American, born to immigrant parents who fled Laos after the Vietnam and Secret Wars. Growing up, I witnessed my family’s sacrifices and resilience as they worked tirelessly to provide for me and my siblings. From a childhood shaped by financial struggles to choosing college over societal norms, I’ve always been driven by a desire to create a better future.

After earning a full scholarship and discovering my passion for sociology, I built a successful corporate career in human resources, achieving a six-figure salary by the age of 32. Despite my financial success, I felt unfulfilled in toxic work environments, which led me to take a leap of faith and pursue entrepreneurship full-time.

Today, I help first-generation entrepreneurs align their businesses and lives with their true purpose. My journey is a testament to resilience, faith, and the power of rewriting your own story.
