All Lichen + Leaf blends are formulated by our founder, Dr. Sara Love, a naturopathic physician who observed in her clinical practice that patients needed an easy, nourishing way to incorporate restorative pauses into their daily routines. Herbal teas offered hydration, functional support, and a natural invitation to slow down. When she began recommending specific blends, her patients’ symptoms improved; however, she found that commercially available teas often lacked the quality, flavor, or ingredients best suited for individuals experiencing chronic stress.
