Pen & Pulse LLC

I have worked in the Project management space for 10 years, specifically within the EMR/Medical Billing/ Operational space. Over the years its become clear that many organizations struggle with managing the day to day, sop creation, and identifying the bigger picture. Where specific users should focus their time and energy and how to create systems to operationalize flow state.

So, after years of managing some of healthcares multi million dollar projects ,I decided to create Pen & Pulse LLC. Where we are your right hand, to keep you on track with an existing project, or to help you identify where there are gaps and so much more.
