Crocheted Octopus

Crafting has always been a part of my life and as the result of several traumas and major stressors, expanding my creative outlets has helped my mental and emotional health. Learning about different art forms and sharing my creations has been restorative and meaningful for me. Connecting with those who can relate to my pieces and those who find joy in my work are what helps keep me motivated and inspired to continue.
