Aileia

Too often, we are pulled in various directions to care for others at the cost of our own well-being. Aileia was born out of holding spaces for retiring people-pleasers to claim their inner fire, find ways to honor their unique life path, and to reignite the flame that is their purpose, without having to mask or hide parts that may have previously felt unworthy of carrying. One meaning of the name Aileia is 'loving lioness,' highlighting the strong energy that comes with loving one's Self fiercely enough to be the best they can be - whether in sports, relationships, community service, or career. Once the inner environment of the mind, body, and spirit are sound and aligned, everything external falls into place. As an eye doctor, somatic coach, and yoga teacher, I guide others deeper within themselves to find more peace, hope, joy, and congruency between what they want in their lives and what gets to become of it. I look forward to working with you soon xx Aiko - Founder, Aileia LLC
